*THE SHOW*
- About the Show -
A Week In The Life
is an entertaining new book musical which
gives a humorous and poignant look at the daily trials and triumphs of a busy group
of co-workers. "The great thing about this show is that everyone can relate to
it," says Elaine Roberts, the show's director. "No matter what end of the phone
you're on, everyone has had their experiences with Customer Service, and everyone
knows or works with someone in their life just like each of these characters."
The show was written with book, lyrics and music by Eric Endres,
an acclaimed Western New York area songwriter and performer. Endres brings his
penchant for creating unique and wonderful material to this production, with
memorable songs that include "The Fifth Beatle", "S.O.L.", "Cover Your Butt" and
"Why Am I Working Here?".
The world premiere production, at Buffalo's
Alleyway Theatre in May and June of 2003,
will feature some of the finest theater performers in Western New York.
