Ginter - A Customer Service (CS) rep. An aging single father, Beatles fan, and UFO buff.
He is continually seeking a new love and a better car.

Ginter's car - A stationwagon with the soul of a lemon.

Daisy - A maintenance worker who has an interest in Ginter that he is not aware of.

Lanie - A new CS employee who Ginter falls for.

Randy - The CS department supervisor, who has an easy way with women.

Nancy Lou - A CS rep who often uses abbreviations and acronyms, especially "S.O.L."

Gene - A CS rep who doesn't seem to know anything, or at least, that's what he tells everyone.

Holly - A CS rep who seems to know everything, or at least, that's what she tells everyone.

Donna - A CS rep who has a particular hatred for Holly, and for the department's lack of respect.

Porter - A friendly sales rep.

Stacia - A nasty Sales Rep.

Dottie - A Sales Rep who likes to say "hi" to everyone.

Clive - A dim-witted, very hungry temp.

Rich - KSN's owner

Larry - The CEO of KSN's parent company, U.S. United.

Paula - Ginter's daughter
