On May 19, 2000, Tom suffered a ruptured brain aneurism.
He is currently in rehab and doing very well,
especially considering the seriousness of what happened,
but this will be a long and difficult recovery for him.
On July 1, 2000, family members and friends had a big benefit
party and concert for him and his family,
which includes his wife Judy and two young children.
The benefit was a great success, and many thanks
to all who were there, and to those who couldn't,
but have expressed their love and offered help in his behalf.
What was raised will go a long way towards helping Tom
and his family in the time to come as he recovers
and is hopefully able to fully regain his strength and abilities.
Donations can still be given, made out to
The Tom Woodworth Benefit Fund,
and sent to S5362 Ontario, Hamburg, NY 14075.
