Tom Woodworth Bio
Tom Woodworth is a singer, songwriter and performer
of remarkable warmth and depth.
With a voice and style that has drawn comparisons
to Garth Brooks and James Taylor,
and songs that are memorable and meaningful,
Tom has quickly become a favorite performer
on the Buffalo area's acoustic scene.
This is especially significant in Tom's case
when you consider that until very recently
he had never played out in public.
He wrote songs and sang for his family for years,
but it was not until he was persuaded
to attend an Open Mic in late 1997
that he began to share his music with a larger audience.
Over the past few years, Tom has
played
throughout Western New York coffeeshops and clubs,
and has continued to write songs prolifically.
Three of his songs were featured on the
Stimulance Open Mic
Compilation CD.
He is currently working on his first album, Why Stop Now.
